Petrominerales Ltd. is pleased to announce that our cash dividend for the third quarter of 2011 will be paid on October 17, 2011 to Petrominerales shareholders of record on September 30, 2011. The third quarter 2011 dividend payment will be CDN$0.125 per Petrominerales share. The ex-dividend date is September 28, 2011.
